Denise
A huge shoutout to Denise McGuiggan for going above and beyond to improve the customer experience. She noticed that customers were very upset when they were unable to cancel their ship to patients orders shortly after placing them. She wasted no time in sharing this observation with her Leadership team. The Operations team and CS partnered to make the change to allow customers to cancel those orders regardless of the picking stage. Thank you, Denise, for caring about the customer experience!”
